Lots of strange things going on there. Gold wheel centers? Nice color. 1995 is probably OK, especially if it’s late 95. Ticking is probably oiler tubes (not “cam” oiler tubes, these are different) but could just be a sticky lifter, especially if the car has been parked for a long time. A

Ticking noise is probably bad cam oiler tubes. They're little plastic tubes worth about $2 each that list for $25 IIRC. I don't think I've seen new ones for less than $16 each. There's an end cap that just blows out of the end of the oiler tube, and then no more oil pressure to that pair of valve
