The second QNAP TS-328 has died now. They last three months, then just turn off and won't turn on again. Take it apart and remove the brushes. Go to your local Ace Hardware and look for the aisle with their “majik drawers”. They have a majik drawer that has small motor brushes of all types and sizes. If they're a little big file them down to fit. It’s worked for me on a number of blower motors.
