The hard disks inside make more noise seeking than the fans do. The all-metal

Lowe’s was business as usual. Nothing out of the ordinary there from what I
could see. They had loads of gallons of bleach and other related cleaning stuff
in the aisles.
First thing that went. Nutso, they are all going to spoil and get tossed I'd
bet.
Ditto for buying all the bleach on the shelf, and TP.
One good note, the local farm supply was limiting people to two gallons of
bleach and one pack of toilet paper today.

Good point, but I don’t run VMware on my cheesegrater so it’s not an issue. The
few VMs I run on occasion I’ll do on VirtualBox. Since swapping CPUs on these
means taking them apart (de-lidding) I’ll stick with what I’ve got.
My 4,1/5,1 came with an Apple RAID card and four 800GB 15k iSCSI enter
Get out of the city and it’s not bad at all. San Bruno was a great place to
live, as was Montara. Too darned expensive, that’s for sure.

always worried us. We have had good luck with animal teeth. We were
always careful to feed them food that was supposed to help keep the
teeth clean.

Wow. That had to suck. I’ve had pets die in my lap (stroke) and had to put them
down at the vet. Both suck.
I put off having the feral cat’s teeth cleaned, as she ate dry kibble and I was
pretty satisfied that her teeth looked fine. After she got the hypothyroid
diagnosis and we got her sorted

Seems like the old guy just worked on it and "fixed" stuff even if it
didn't need to be "fxed." And then didn't drive it. So it is probably
pretty much a new/sorted car and could be a good deal even at $6k or $7k
if one wanted to spend that kind of money on a 26yo car. Good southern
