I’ve cut up chunks of a 126 that I parted out and Wilton’s 124, the steel is pretty soft and cuts easily and fast with a recip saw and metal blade. That really surprised me. I’ve taken those hulks to my local knacker and the forklift driver grabbed them , no questions asked anywhere. --FT

Pull the trans and other good bits off it, strip it down then take it to the scrapper for a few $$.  I have this 06ML500 with a bad trans so this could be a good donor and all the other stuff is worth some money too.  Looks like it could be a shady deal but I live for it!
