Worst feature anyone ever thought of for a car. "Let's cut a big hole in the

Well the cable that connects to it seems fine, I could try using a different
one. Or perhaps an internal wire. I might see if I can figure out how to take
it apart without screwing it up.
Yesterday when I had the issue with the beam being blocked to the back on the
left side, the RF was
Or, if there are any plug connectors in the wiring harness, pull them apart,
clean, connect/disconnect them a few times.

Getting a bit of water into the trunk somehow. I checked the channels/"gutter"
around the trunk lid seal and it's all clear of debris. Can't tell where this
is coming from. The dampness is felt on the floor in the area between the left

What logic? The 300SL was W198 in 1954, the 450SL was R or C 107 in 1971.

That’s actually a quite good price. Not sure what the stupid hood wrap is
about. It’s probably quite loud with the Magnaflows as stock is not real

Gastly tin worm infested rag.. It would only take 10 years and $250,000 to
restore it to a car with market value of $50,000 [maybe] Then it would
still be a "rebuilt car" not original..

Extra 0 in price. I wonder if it might be solid enough to slip in a
whole new drivetrain and leave it looking as it does, a little rust
fixer and some clear coat, and hoon the hell out of it. The hood might
need a little alteration.

Something caused a dead short to battery... and I wager it took out many
items while the electrical system self-destructed...
So, repair would entail much more than just a new battery and cable.. most
likely.. Or,, you could remove the Mercedes star and replace it with a
Jaguar emblem and call it
B.O.A.T. "Bring Out Another Thousand" ... so, what could possibly go
wrong ..
Note: It is going to be hard to jack up your Benz in the driveway and work
on it...

I’ve used cc many times on different vehicles while towing and never had any
issues. I’m not sure why it *shouldn’t* be done, it’s just a dumb throttle
controller to maintain speed (although on Benzes I’m sure it’s overly
complicated). RPM and transmission should work together to maintain
