The water pump and other equipment upgrades are for NPG, not NPG+ which is a drop-in replacement. I just looked at the web site and it's quite a bit lower - .68 verses 1.00 for water. This means that although the stuff won't boil, it's a much poorer conductor of heat than water. This may be why

Reliability aside, Honda's and Toyotas may still be the benchmark but speaking for owners I know I'm told the only good thing with them now is the drivetrains. Hyundai's and Kia's might be decent cars but not according to their crash tests. Makes me wonder why they have such long warranties.
