On this St. Paddy’s day, our house is gonna be wearin’ some new green paint to
prepare it for sale. It looks like we’re going to be moving to a new house on
4.82 acres in Clatskanie, OR. I’ll have a shop in which

Beautiful area if you can tolerate the lack of sunlight during the winter
months. Pretty rural, too. So, so very green, though. I envy you - I can’t
imagine what it would be like to have some acreage.
I used to take the wife to Cannon Beach when I went out to Portland on

I hope you like rain! I think it's even wetter there than in Portlandia. I've
driven through
there many times on the way to the family cabin at Long Beach. (Ever since
they removed
the toll on the Astoria bridge.)
