She has a debit card on an acct linked to ours, did not get her a CC, should probably do that and send it along. The banks seem to charge some sort of intl fees, and the local ATM some withdrawal fee, but the exch rates seem pretty good. She was supposed to do all this, and got frustrated

She can probably do just fine with the DC only, however the ATM fees are always there. (fees amy be lower at wallyland. Again, if she is in/near a big city and there is a wallyland, there are some options there. One thing I forgot to mention, is that we had the bank put transaction limits
