I came across a W123 240TD - yes a station wagon with a 4 speed manual. The car
has a fair amount of rust that is repairable, some that was repaired, pop rivet
style at the front jack points, a decent amount on the rear quarters and some

My opinion: too much money. Rusty, slow, noisy. Does it have AC? Might be
worthy recipient for transplanting a turbo engine, if it weren't rusty.
Manual windows and sunroof would be a positive, also manual HVAC controls.
