Hey, what a great idea! Those at high risk that don't want to catch the virus
can simply wear an N95 mask. Doesn't matter what everyone else does, you're
covered!

I just wear a bandana. Might or might not work, but at least I rock the

Your freedom to not wear a mask or to be traced ends where my freedom not
to be infected by you begins. Like your freedom of expression ends where my
nose begins. We are all in this together, whether we like it or not. I

I predict we will get rushed approval on a vaccine (Moderna most likely).

Coronavirus wpidemics are not free either. You pay a cost either way.
Ideally people are smart enough to choose the lower cost item

Anything over 60% alcohol inactivates it pretty well.
Rick there has never been a polio outbreak like the ones we are seeing with
this virus, where 60 of 80 choir members get infected at a single practice,
or a hundred korean aerobics people get it at dance class. It is definitely
airborne. Polio

Having worked in the food industry, most of the staff is not that diligent

Once the tracing Pandora is out of the box, how do we ever get it
back in again? When will this "crisis" be over?
Of course, innocent and not infected are two different things.
Our local Trump clone (governor) is now infected. Another one who refuses
masks.

I would imagine not all restaurant workers are diligent about wearing their
masks 100 percent of the time.

There was early reporting on this out of Wuhan. I recall stories of
illegal/non-code sewage hookups or modifications in many apartments of
those who were sick.
If true, masks are useless. Studies showing that masks help prevent
spread may be conflating correlation with causation. Maybe people who
I suspect this virus is spread like polio, not like the flu or colds. Contact
tracing may help, but I doubt it is the ultimate answer.
Wash your hands. Really well. (hard to do properly at the beach, picnics, and
other outdoor events).
BTW, alcohol (hand sanitizer) doesn't emulsify lipids (coro
Karl, I've read several news articles that indicate that the virus has mutated
and has weakened; although the number of cases is rising, those who are
hospitalized are less severe and more likely to survive than before. Does your
experience match that?

Not to beat a dead horse, but this is why testing and tracing is so

Quarantine laws are still in the books in all states I think. You can be
