If you really want to get picky about this you could hand-turn the engine
several rotations first before you start it up. That should get enough oil
into the mating parts

I have heard Marvel Mystery Oil as a good thing to use. I have no idea
what Marvel Mystery Oil is, it is a mystery to me! I suppose any light
lubricant would be good to use, something that will creep into various
tight spaces.

If I was going to pre-lube I'd go through the oil sender port. That said, as
long as you have run synthetic in it, and as long as there is oil in it, I
would just fire it up. I could send quoted text from a Marshall Booth post on
something similar. He said that all you need is a molecule layer

In a diesel I sat in the car and cranked the motor while watching the oil
pressure gauge. I cranked for at least a half minute after the oil
pressure came up.
In a gas burner I did the same but took out the plugs and added about a
half ounce of light oil to each cylinder, waited 20-30 minutes
