When I was in college I sold books for Thompson Nelson Publishers. I was
sent down to Bogalusa, Louisiana for the summer (the worst spot on the
earth as far as I am concerned). I met a lot of strange people down
there. I kept listening for the dueling banjos when I drove down some
dirt roads.
OTOTOT Brings back memories of my college days when I sold
encycpedias door to door in the boondocks of rural Mass. I was a
little too insistent speaking to the missus at one home and she got
spooked, told her hubby I was the Boston strangler, and I was soon
confonted by a small posse of alpha
