No Safeways here but do have Albertson's and Wally Worlds with fuel
stations attached. None of the Winn-Dixies have gas.

i'm looking online and it seems this prepaid debit card is a huge thing
now. i'd still prefer one that cannot be used as a credit card as it is
then useless to anyone who does not have your PIN number
