I quit breathing 87 times per hour according to my doctor. Yes, I seem to sleep

diagnosed with sleep apnia requiring a CPAP. My wife had her sleep study a
couple weeks ago, and the report said that she had stopped breathing 12 times
in an hour. I’m a heavy snorer myself, so chances are pretty good
