Have a look on Youtube as well for videos on upgrading your HF parts
washer. Mostly a matter of moving the pump into a 5 gallon pail under
the tank and putting a filter inline to clean the solvent.

I have not built one but I agree there's nothing to them but a box and a pump.
I bought a cheap HF one years ago. Used it a few times, then it ended up
sitting for a long time. Don't even know if it still works. But it worked fine
at the time and I'd guess it's as cheap as anything you'd make y
I have for years had a similar cleaner. I use
Diesel and change it about once a year or whenever
it gets too dirty.

I've been thinking of making one using an old stainless darkroom sink when
