Know if they had hinges in gold for 123?
I think I recall a gold-colored car, and I think

Thank you all for your input about salvage yards. We finally ended up at
Silver Star Recycling in Rancho Cordova. There, we got a hood ($125) and a
right fender ($75) and both hood hinges ($25) from a Euro 123 coupe. In
exactly the same color as our car!

Ooooh, they may be a little pricey, best of to stick with steel:-)

Hm, so it is, Kevin. Excite maps didn't mind my spelling in the least

Cabot. Phone is 510/785-3770. Been a while but they've generally had
a few 123's up for grabs although I doubt you'll get much useful over
the phone. I

Not sure how far away you want to look, but if you want to expand your

The Addy I have for the Pick Your Part in Hayward is 92 N. Clowitter.
That doesn't look quite right on the map I just pulled up though.
Seems to me it's on Winton near Cabot which would be west on Winton
from Clowitter. I've usually gotten there by taking Clowitter N. from
92 and turning left on
Not that it really matters in the grand scheme of things, but the exit
is spelled clawiter.

You could just spin the mirror around on a driver side mirror set up
and drill holes to mount on the pass side.

I'm going to be driving
Stockton Auto Dismantlers
3239 S El Dorado St

They price matched PGA with me for an alternator out of an E300D and
shipped it to me for 20bux. Talked with Steve there after my wagon
got smacked; they'll happily slice 'n dice. Probably won't be as
cheap as a pyp though.

There is no such animal to my knowledge. I checked the factory parts
book and neither the US or euro models shows a passenger side mirror.
Maybe Kaleb knows a secret place that has them.

A W108/109/111 side view mirror should work just as well. You could check
by cross-referencing the driver's side mirror to see if they are
interchangeable.
Or, why not simply order a driver's side mirror for a RHD cars?

There's a pretty good Pick your Part in Hayward another in Oakland.
I could probably come up with names and addys if needed. Not much on
the N. Peninsula. Of the major dismantlers I have some experience
with one in Stockton if you're driving up I-5.

I have plenty of hoods in stock.
