Beautiful area if you can tolerate the lack of sunlight during the winter months. Pretty rural, too. So, so very green, though. I envy you - I can’t imagine what it would be like to have some acreage. I used to take the wife to Cannon Beach when I went out to Portland on business. Drive down the coast to Tillamook and buy cheese. Someone told me the other day that Tillamook has ice cream in Publix now. Gotta check that out if there’s any on the shelf… Good luck, hopefully the real estate market won’t be affected by this current crisis. We’ve got a closing on the 25th for the former homestead, and as of yesterday everything was on track. Unfortunately, mortgage rates probably won’t drop much as lenders are getting hammered by people wanting to refinance.
