If you're looking for a nice W140 I am selling mine. I have a Pearl Black with Gray bottom trim 1992 W-140 300SD badged as a S350 with 143,000 miles. The car is located in Everett, Washington 25 miles North of Seattle.Just about EVERYTHING is new and ALL factory replaced by a Mercedes dealer.

A quick glance at KBB says it’s worth around $4600 with 150k on the clock and very good condition. I don’t recall what he said the mileage was. Around here it might be a $3500-$4000 car. Maybe. On eBay someone will pay higher prices, but you’ve got to find someone who you can close the deal

The market for anything W140 is pretty lousy, almost as bad as the R129s. Not sure why, but I don’t see a lot of them around here, and even if it’s a nice one the prices aren’t near what they were a couple of years ago. I think people are afraid of them or just don’t want the older cars.
