This time, I buy a 94 E420. HOLY COW what a machine. It gives a whole new meaning to a 124. I have had quite a few 124's, even bought a 94 E320 back when it was about a year old. The E420 is WAY more powerful, smoother, more classy. It was fully dealer maintained with full books/records.
