I was able to remove all 6 glow plugs from my 98 e300 without breaking any. 3 of they were stuck in there good but lots of tightening and loosening, and gentle wiggling back and forth along with pb blaster got them out. I can see where it would be easy to screw up that job and break one off.

I was able to remove all 6 glow plugs from my 98 e300 without breaking any. 3 of they were stuck in there good but lots of tightening and loosening, and gentle wiggling back and forth along with pb blaster got them out. I can see where it would be easy to screw up that job and break one off.
