We're thinking of the same thing, our camp sleeps 5 comfortably, 6 if two
people share the double bed. If you've got a bunch of snorers the walls can
shake...The attached bunkhouse is 10x12, we've talked about building a detached
bunkhouse, probably 10x12 again, enough space for four more bunks
Different line as I am not thinking of a house to live in but just a
bunkie at the lake.
