It looks like a good project! I saw some surface rust behind the panels you cut out - did you use anything like POR in there before closing it up? Did you run complete beads around the replacement panels, or leave them tacked in place, and sealed them with body filler? -- OK Don, KD5NRO Norman,

Wow! You have your work cut out for you; especially at the bottom of the left rear door. Before and after pictures will be interesting. I had the same year/model car and did work on the fender. The metal was supposed to be shrunk after repair by using a special tool that made corrugations
