Ugh-sorry. My 79 240D doesn't have any buzzer on the flashers. Did you try
taking out the flasher unit? Maybe a hair dryer up there? At least you don't
have to worry about wet spark pugs.

press it in and the hazzards are operating buzzer stops completely.
