I bet 90% of material in our collections was collected from land owned
by someone else, or not declared
(I bet most of the PF's collected in the streets weren't declared to the
US government, for exapmple)
It just goes with the territory, most geological specimens are extracted
from
Denmark: export forbidden.
Even keeping it for youself is forbidden.
It has to be turned over to the geological museum in Copenhagen. they
must in return pay you a reward.
