Hi All!
As you know I'm Italian so I think I have the right to tell you my 2cents!
1) Naples and the rubbish (OT):
Maybe most of you don't know nothing about the rubbish situations in Naples
and the near cities.
This is the situation:

To those who ship to Italy and lose items, do you list exactly what's in the
package on the customs label?

YES. Over the last year the Italian postal service has caused much mayhem
and madness for me. I wonder if we have the same buyers making the same
claims? Same scams going down or just an extremely corrupt postal service in
Italy? I hate to lump the whole Italian Postal Service into a toilet

Matteo, registered items here starts at $7.00.
Do you want to pay $10.00 shipping for a $10.00 item?
I don't think so. I am sick and tired of every item I
send to Italy being lost.
That is it, I am done, sorry Italians, but blame your
postal system.

I agree 100% on this isssue,
I agree, Italy is a huge problem. I had to change
hundreds of descriptions because of lost packages,
mainly to Italy. In my eBay descriptions, I now state
that I am no longer responsible for delays or lost
items if USPS Global Express is not opted for at at
cost

Adam, if they pay via paypal, it does not matter what
you say or demand, if they py with paypal, and you do
not use FEDEX or DHL, or UPS, then they will refund
the money to the buyer.
What you say in your auction means nothing.
I have went round and round with Paypal over this, it
does not matter,
