Part of my tucson haul was a great looking 100lb seymchan from the comet
shop guys - (FedEx ground just delivered it today I didnt think I would be
able to get away with putting it in the overhead compartment - even over
someone's head other than my own!) and after looking at it more and more I

While en route to Tucson, I met a nugget shooter in
Quartzsite that had just found a nice chondrite. I
was able to buy it, and a piece is on its way to UCLA

I just got my 530 gram full slice of Brahin.
I never thought I was going to have a real Palasite in my collection, but
then I had the chance to trade it for one of my meteoritecoins.
And wow, what a beauty and very very fresh looking, compared to much of

I have lost 2 shipments destined to the US in early and mid december. The other
way round two sendings from the US failed to reach me in Germany. Particularly
lamentable, because on of the sendings icluded a 19.00g and a 1.50g fragment of

starting to use Fed Ex and DHL because they allow international tracking.

The low number of chondrules indicates a 5 or 6 IMHO. I wouldn't rule
out "H" as H is not just free metal but overall metal content amongst
other things. Outwardly the color of the matrix looks more like olivine.
The black veins are probably a dark purple if you look closely. It i
