We had clear skies here in southwest CO. I was out watching starting
at about 9 PM. Saw an eyepopper of a meteor at about 9:15. Long
tail, orange tint to it. I'm certainly no expert on meteors but sure
looked to me like this one made it into dark flight. I've seen a
daytime fireball

Hi All,
I remember the ULTIMATE barrage of Perseids in 1993 I believe, or was it
1994wayyy up North at the boundary waters in Canada. We four guys got
back from some night fishing and got set-up to watch the show.
The skies were just crystal clear and black as any night I have ever seen!
I'm just thankful that no one decided to bake this into the meteorite cake I
see advertised every year in Tuscon...
