I have collaborated in the development of the pentaho plugin and I can tell
that it doesn't target the Apache Fineract version used by the Mifos
21.07.02. There are plugins for specific versions of Apache Fineract, the
lastest one is for Apache Fineract 1.9.0-SNAPTSHOT

But when I try to print a transaction receipt I get the following message.
" localhost refused to connect"
