I was looking at http://openntpd.org/ for the latest Portable OpenBSD an saw that it is at 3.9p1 while the non-portable is at 4.3. A colleague of mine is tired of fighting with ntpd.org's ntpd server so I suggested OpenNTPD. Is there a newer version of the Portable OpenNTPD or is 3.9p1 the latest?
