I'm running 4.9 release with 2x usb hard drives in a softraid raid1 setup.
Both drives lost power so both volumes are degraded:
softraid0: trying to bring up sd3 degraded
softraid0: sd3 offline, will not be brought online
running the following doesn't fix the problem, I just get the
