Hi Miod,
Sebastian was kind enough to compile a -current kernel for me wih this
patch and the ethernet card works!
I hope this patch can make its way in 5.3 in time.

Hi,
I inserted the card into a debian laptop which recongizes it. Here some

Hi,
I bought a new PCMCIA card for my ol' Thinkpad since I managed to break
the old one.
This is what I see in dmesg when I insert it, but then no device shows
up in ifconfig.

Hi,
I also thought about buying a new wireless card, since the D-Link 630
with the Ralink chipsed proves troublesome and panics the kernel during
boot if left inserted.
I found an old-stock on ebay, a DWL-G650M (there are many variations of

No, it is the fact that you are using 'nwkey' instead of 'wpakey', a

Try the command 'man ral' and you will see some examples.
But i am connecting to a WEP protected network, not WPA.

Hi,
just saying that I don't need a lesson in how to set up a network
security, but how to connecto to an existing one using my card, I do

Hi,
on a thinkpad 600, I had 5.1 running fine.
I did an update to 5.2 (by using the updater included in the bsd.rd kernel)
Now Xorg dies when I run startx:

Hi,
on my x86 laptop running OpenBSD 5.2 (but I had the same problem with
5.0 and 4.9) I am unable to use my wireless cards.
For example, if I use a D-Link cardbus card which identifies itself as:

address 00:22:b0:64:44:06
