# groupdel _rtadvd
# groupadd -g 92 _agentx
Solved the problem. Apparently I failed to follow the instructions in
https://www.openbsd.org/faq/upgrade64.html when I did that upgrade ;-)

Ok, I think I have figured out the root cause:
Group _agentx (gid 92) does not exist!
Instead I have:
# cat /etc/passwd|grep _rtadvd
_rtadvd:*:92:92:IPv6 Router Advertisement Daemon:/var/empty:/sbin/nologin
# cat /etc/group|grep _rtadvd
_rtadvd:*:92:

Any idea which port installs this?
