Sorry, my subject line should have been more specific. Yes, I should have mentioned that I have tested reboot command with VMWare and Virtualbox virtual machines and it works fine. The problem is with my Compaq Deskpro DPENS-P350/6.4/N4. I have tried 'powerdown=YES' in rc.shutdown, but it
