In smtpd.conf, use something like:
delivery = "mda \"/usr/local/libexec/dovecot/dovecot-lda -a %{rcpt} -d
%{user.username} -e -f %{sender} -m INBOX\""
then:
accept from local for local alias deliver to $delivery
(etc.)
RTFM: "man smtpd.conf"
