Dear MITK users, when I open DWI data ( *.nii.gz) CSF has negative values (aprox. -24000). When I open the same file in ITK-SNAP there voxels have normal values (2000 - 15000) in whole volume. Could you help me why? Thank you Best regards, Mark ___
