Id say, there would need to be configurable parameters, like time to
reconnect, number of reconnect attempts, and a reconnect counter so
the user knows how many times it disconnected.

Would it be a violation of any rules if we auto-reconnect immediately
unless we've been disconnected more than 5 times in 10 seconds? (I'm
assuming rapid repeated disconnection means the server is doing so
intentionally.) If that happens, warn the user somehow and don't try to
reconnect.

Use cases:
1. Unattended broadcasting: Mixxx should do everything a user would do
to bring the stream back online without a long interrupt.
2. Mixxx should not try to reconnect, if
