Hi! I have read on german news-site ( http://www.heise.de/newsticker/data/vza-23.01.03-000/ ) about a tool what is able to do fast mpeg2 transcoding with using the original motion vectors. How can that be possible and if it is possible in what a range could that be used ? I can't believe that
