I’m afraid that for Mac, you might need 10.12 instead of an earlier version, as
mentioned on our downloads page…

Hello,
I am required to use the mnemosyne program for my arabic class in college.
I have successfully downloaded the program to my Mac computer (10.11.6
software), but the program will not open or run. I am not receiving error
messages or anything of that nature; the program simply won't open.
