I find in the android app difficult to find the menu. I can use it only 3 secs
after the open, then it disappears behind the android bar ( clock, WiFi ecc)
then, If I what to open the menu another time I need to close and reopen the
app. Have you got any solution?

Hi,
The fact that it autohides after 3 sec is similar to the other behaviour of
full screen Android apps: it's just to have as much space as possible for your
reviews.
What is an annoying bug which I hope to fix soon is that the menu no longer
shows up if you switch to another app.

The description of syncing sounded like running remotely. Does the server
need to be running only for syncing or does it need to be running while you
are active on your phone? Can I sync and then run on my phone
independently?

Also, can I have alternate files on my phone, or is the phone restricted to
one DB?
Thanks

Just one DB, which is why it’s recommended to put all your cards in a single DB
and work with ‘saved sets’ instead.
You can join several DBs in the desktop, by choosing file – import – db format.

After quite a long development, Mnemosye 2.4 beta 1 is now ready for
testing.
The main change is an upgrade to Python 3 / PyQt5, although there is also a
contributed feature by Emilian Mihalache, so that the tag combobox now
expands to give suggestions for tags also when using more than one
