I am using xolo a500s IPS, would like to know how to connect to pc and use as
modem, tried using USB tethering by downloading Tetherxp.inf by following all
the specified steps, but couldn't connect, also is there a pc suite for my

I don't think you need to download any third party ap for connecting your
mobile to pc as modem.
Before checking USB thetering, you should on the data connection by going
to sim management. Some times it takes two to three minutes to establish
connection.

In my Xolo Q700, you can activate tethering from settings/more.
Activate data connection from sim management, activate tethering, and
then search for Wifi on your PC.
