I would like to make a request at this point. After following the
juster like you said, if I select the word gramularity as the mode it
announces only first word and if I swipe right it's reading the entire
message instead the next word. Am I missing something in between?

to delete the any number from call log just do follow
doubletap and hold on desire number and press virtual key from left
below corner, here you should get option as [remove from call log],
double tap on it.
note: you'll get an audio chime as well as haptic feedback that
suggest
Think what is happening is that you are losing TalkBack focus. You
have to swipe close to the message field itself so that the focus
won't shift to the next item. Also make sure you have the latest
version of TalkBack running on your phone, in the latest version, the
