Hi, No internet connection is required for activating accessibility on the
iPhone, iPad or iPod. you simply go to settings/general/accessibility and
turn voiceOver or zoom on. you can then set up tripple home key press to
turn voiceOver on or off.

First make sure that you are using either a headset or are on speakers.
then, move your finger towards the lower left corner on the phone. you will
hear dialer pad or something like that. tap it once and it gets activated.
