Go to Play store>my apps>Talkback, there you could see the update
button. Simply double tap on it, you should be done.

A TalkBack update does not update your TTS. As such there is nothing
more to write about it. The default TTS on most phones these days is
the Google TTS. An update to the TTS has constrained certain voice
options, so if you don't want the TTS situation on your phone to
change, just not update/insta
