documents? are there any list of shortcut keys such as we do have for
using jaws?

hi, yes. the android comes with its built-in tts that not only used
with talkback but also many applications that requires speech output
like google maps etc. to simplify, you don't need additional tts,
however you do have choices to change the default tts.
