The mail subject itself is a solution! However, it is some times a bit
tricky to configure the app "Auto TTS" for the first time and once
configured, it does the job beautifully! I am using it on Canvas and MotoG2
for quite some time now and I've got no complaints with it so far.
How
quick TTS only facilitated my access to TTS settings.
It did not give me any settings for auto detection of language and changing TTS
on the fly.
I have kept google TTS Hindi voice as the preferred, but would like to keep
eloquence as such and switch to Hindi when Hindi text crops up.
Any workab

its very simple to import contacts from memory card.
Just copy all the contacts to others\contacts on your sd card and just
open the contacts on your device and go to more options and click on
import / export.
Then wait for a while and you will find all the contacts on your mobile.
