I too facing the same problem. Currently I am reducing the volume of mobile 
to temporaryly solve the problem.

Hey friends,
I have a moto G 2nd gen with latest version of talkback and eloquence
on lp 5.02.
I am facing following issues.
1. Despite of turning off speak caller ID in talkback, It shouts at
the top of its voice whenever I receive a call.
2. The proximity censer has started behaving strangely, works for
first 1- 2 mins on the call then the screen doesn't light up when I
take it away from my face. Here also during the call, it shouts at the
top of its voice, screen off, device locked etc.
Ps: have turned on proximity censer, restarted both TB and phone and
downgraded TB to the previous release. Still no luck.
Please help me.

Hi, go to application/settings/backup.
Turn onn the Backup my data option.
make sure Google account has to be selected for online backup.

I have factory reset my phone, Moto E 1st Generation. It has been
updated in new version. Last time I had done it. When it was in it's
old version. That time I did not loss my contacts, but this time,
suddenly I have loss my contacts. I am trying to add some contacts
through wats app, but, it is not opening edit filled to type the name.
Can someone tell me the steps to migrate contacts from our old phone
to new phone.  Last time, Rohiet had transffered my contacts through
bluetooth, which I have in   E5.

Please helop me in this regard.

1. go to application/settings/backup and reset.
2. backup my data should turn onn.
3. make shure backup my account show your Gmail id. if not, pl select the 
email id where you can store your contacts/data online.
