Only limitation I see with Android phones is that we don't get software
updates as quick as we get on stock android phones.
If user is not very passionate of expecting OS to get updated immediately
after release, it would be safe option to consider.

issues. its working fine so did not consider the option of IPhone.

I think Android is improving greatly. While iPhone is good from
accessibility prospective, there are some advantages with Android such as
ease of transfering media from PC to divide and device to PC, more storage;
you can expand additional memory at less cost, more apps.

iOS is the best platform. In terms of accessibility.
So my suggestion would be to go for an iOS device. I'm mean iPhone.
