reading each and every byte, which is not a fair thing, since
instead of waisting time in reding byte by byte for some MBs of data,
it would be nice to cut the network connection..
Is there any other alternative other than the above two solutions

finish for all the curosrs in my code ) and i hit the
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
error after 1 or 2 hours.
i was trying to fix it but in vain.
