f mod proxy. Especially when used as a reverse proxy. --
I've had to turn it off for now and just through some more hardware up
to mitigate the problems. I'm looking for third party patches to
mod_cache with fixes. No luck yet.
Good luck, I'll let you know if I find a solution.

If there is somewhere else where I need to be looking to try out the
latest fixes, I would be grateful if you could direct me there. I'm
very anxious to get caching back on. It really reduces the number of
inbound connections to the real servers from my reverse proxies.
Thanks much,

I apologize if this is not the correct place to ask questions about
potential mod_proxy bugs. It seemed the best choice, so please correct
me (gently) if I am wrong.
I have been working with mod_proxy under Apache 2.0.44 and have been
having some problems.
The basic setup is as follows:

I have more information on this apparent bug.
As I watch the requests move around, I noticed that when making the
request through Squid, the connection: keep-alive and other relevant
headers are set correctly. When making the request through mod_proxy,
those headers disappear.
So, here is my t
Please repost this to the main dev list - this looks like it could be
a problem within the filters code, which the proxy makes extensive use
of.
Thanks, I will do that, along with attaching a debugger as you suggested.
C
ile this seems like the appropriate fix to
the problem, I have to ask if there might be a better way?

I'm running 1.3.14 and am needing to update the mod_proxy code in my
source tree. Is there a tarball or patch that I can get or will I need
to get 1.3.20? Because of internal issues I'm not able to upgrade to
1.3.20, but still need the newer proxy code. Any suggestions? Thanks.

down. Then after the list is exausted give the appropriate error.
Or would something like this be better performed by another module such
as mod_backhand? Thanks.

BLISS is ignorance.
d Graham have mentioned, it doesn't see as though
the ldap proxy will be a complete proxy (like Innosoft's directory
access router). Am I mistaken? Also, has any thought been given to how
non-anonymous ldap connections will be handled (if at all)?
Thanks for all the work.

A
mess, yes again. Process intensive? Without doubt. Sometimes there
are no easy answers.
BTW, I've been looking for a solution to this problem myself. Shame you
can't do it from within mod_proxy.

Wouldn't it be better if this were named mod_proxy_ldap, for clarity I
mean. Or will mod_ldap be capable of standing on its own without
mod_proxy?

I think this one has been fixed, at least in the code that I am looki
