I hope this is not off topic.
Using RedHat Linux 6.2
Apache 1.3.24 with Mod_SSL
OpenSSL 0.0.6d
Everything is installed and seems to be
working. I am now trying to create my "private key". The
documentation from Thawte states the following command:
openssl genrsa -rand /dev/urandom -out www.mudomain.com.key 1024
When I try the above, it creates a 0 byte file and
just hangs until break. Any idea how to go about creating my private
key?
